Site update - We have moved

When I created this site I wanted as many people as possible to get help from it. I wanted to get the word out that SAD doesn't have to be soul destroying. Sadly some of the poeple who wanted to view it were getting security warnings and so wouldn't visit it.

This has meant I have decided to move the site. All of the pages here, and more, can be found on the new Wordpress site here.
